[Highland Park] house repair recommendations

We need some repair work done on our box gutters and fascia (I think that's the right term? The wood around the roof / under the box gutters), but don't even know what type of repair person to call to do that. Is that work a roofer would do? I'd appreciate any help and recommendations! thanks, Rachel Kirby
