Hi neighbors,<br /><br />I've been renovating a house in the Alpha Terrace
Historic District on North Beatty St. for the past few months. The
renovation project is nearing completion and I hope to sell the house when
I'm done.<br /><br />The house is located on North Beatty St. Its a quiet
street just a few blocks from the park, home depot, whole foods, trader
