My husband and I would like to find a bookcase headboard for our son's twin bed, which we plan to move him into soon from his crib. However, most of the ones we've seen are the composite/chipboard with wood veneer, and we'd like solid wood. Does anyone happen to have one they're wanting to sell, or are there any carpenters/woodworkers around who could make us something simple but nice? We can't pay an arm and a leg for it, but are willing to negotiate a fair price.
