We will need to have our front porch roof structure rehabbed and gutters repaired. Does anyone have recommendations on contractors for this type of job? Thanks! Vintage Airdyne exercise bike for sale. Tougher workout than you might expect, and makes its own breeze while you pedal! I think it’s from the 1970s. Works well though I’m not sure about the console box; I never used that. And we put a brand new $50 cushy seat on it last year. 1970s padding just wasn’t cutting it! You haul. We will include thick rubber mat to put under it. Pictures available upon request. Make an offer!

Framed Thomas Chippendale prints FS

We are ready to part with two handsome, archivally framed, hand colored engravings, both from Thomas Chippendale's The Gentleman and Cabinet-maker's Director <https://library.si.edu/digital-library/book/gentlemancabine00chip>. These would be great in a library, office or study, where we've enjoyed them for many years. We have: LVI Library Table XLIX Writing Table We do not know from which edition (1754, 1755 05 1762) the plates were taken (the images in every edition were imprinted 1753), but they were purchased, unframed, from a Portobello Road antique dealer in London in about 1999. The unframed sheet size is about 11 x 17". $50 each or $75 for both. Cash or check only. Pickup in Highland Park.

Checking here in the neighborhood before posting on FB marketplace and Craig's list! Men's fixed gear bike for sale. Frame is Leader 725 aluminum frame, we think 55cm (comfortably fits my husband who is 5'10"). Padded leather saddle. Minor wear and tear to frame and seat, otherwise in great condition.
