INTRO TO PORTUGUESE 10-WEEK COMMUNITY WORKSHOP This Fall, I will offer a 10-Week Introduction to Portuguese Workshop via zoom. We will meet online, on Tuesdays, from 6:30 to 8pm, from Sep 7 to Nov 9. The fee is $200 for the 10 weeks. I am from Brazil, and have taught Portuguese Language and Culture at the University of Pittsburgh for 10 years. Good morning, As many people might be aware, the HPCC is in the process of replacing the "Welcome to Highland Park" sign that used to sit at the corner of Stanton and Highland Avenue. As part of this process, we need an engineer or architect to review and stamp some documents. I'm wondering if there is anyone in the neighborhood who can help out pro bono? We have gone to some expense getting the sign replaced and this is the last step in terms of permits before we can have the sign installed.
