Customers will now be able to visually reference the location of active and upcoming service outages with the help of an easy-to-use, interactive map feature. “It is essential that we provide timely, accessible, and accurate information when our crews are upgrading or repairing water infrastructure,” said Chief Executive Officer, Will Pickering. “Our new service outages page is yet another way we’re using technology to serve our customers.” How It Works The interactive map feature of our new service outages page. The interactive map feature allows users to toggle between active and upcoming water service outages using the buttons in the top right portion as seen above. Users can also click the triangular green outage icon to view the location and time details of the service outage. These pins are mapped to provide customers with greater clarity about the location of a service interruption. In addition, users may find corresponding location and time details of active and upcoming service outages listed below the interactive map. For these types of outages, users are encouraged to click on the links in the first row of the location and time details for more information including a full list of impacted blocks and streets. Update Your Contact Info To be fully prepared for a potential service outage, we highly encourage customers to keep your contact information up to date. This is because in addition to posting to our service outages page, we also send robocalls containing location and time details to the phone numbers we have on file within a service outage boundary. Wheek Guinea Pig Rescue needs fosters and adopters

HELP NEEDED & UPDATES:Wheek Care is still in need of foster families, pregnancy watch fosters and socialization fosters. Email wheekcare2017(a)gmail.com for more info on fostering. Wheek Care is also overflowing with adoptable piggies including several baby girls who would be a great addition to any female pair or herd! We also have some “older and/or special needs pairs” available as permanent fosters. Please spread the word!! We are working hard to get all the adoptable pigs up on PetFinder but there are many that are not yet listed. We have faced an overwhelming amount of surrenders including several large emergency surrenders this year (15 this weekend alone 7 of which are pregnant or on pregnancy watch) bringing us to a current total of over 680 surrenders so far in 2021. Please email Wheek Care to inquire about available pigs. If you are currently fostering for Wheek Care, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts If you have decided to adopt your piggies, let us know so we can update our records. Missing Cat - Bean
