Hello Neighbors, Free Sample Sessions ☀️ I recently made a big decision to train and get certified as a Life Coach. I am half way through the certification training with Coach Trainkng Alliance,which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. To completer my certification I mustv coach 20 sample sessions. If you are looking for some coaching on how to move through new or existing challenges with more joy and less stress I would love to do a session with you. I am offering a complimentary 1 hour session that can be done on the phone or in person. Please let me know if you or anyone you know might be interested or have any questions. Hello, I have a daughter starting kindergarten in the Fall. I was hopeful we’d get into ECS but we were waitlisted. My daughter has special needs and will require a significant amount of supports. I’m looking for experiences positive or negative. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, I cannot take a tour of either school so I’m hoping to gain some insight from our neighbors as we embark upon this transition. As a busy working mom, I love the weekly delivery to my door of fresh, healthy food that simply needs to be warmed to eat. No chopping here! Nurture is now accepting new subscribers, so if you are interested, get in on this! Below is a little more about Nurture. Enjoy! . . . Nurture delivers delicious, locally-sourced, vegetable focused food to Pittsburgh. The menu changes weekly to showcase changing dishes and flavors but always features two entrees, a soup, a grain bowl, customer-favorite breakfast burritos and baked oatmeal. Food may be ordered on an as-needed basis or every week by subscription. Order minimum is $40 and delivery fee $7. Pickup is welcomed from Fulton Commons in the Northside, or combine orders with your neighbor to share the delivery fee. Social media is @nurturepgh and Square site https://nurture-pgh.square.site/ The menu goes out on social media and by email weekly on Thursday for delivery the following Thursday.

Highland Park; Shrove Tuesday at St. Andrew's

Hello, neighbors!! This year, Shrove Tuesday at St. Andrew's will look a little differently than in years past. We are still hosting a free meal but it will be hot dogs, smores and Chick-Fil-A chicken nuggets (while supplies last) and be on the Church lawn. After eating come inside the sanctuary for a free jazz concert. Please see the attached flyer for more details. We would love to see you there.

ISO: large planters and/or raised bed

Hi! Spring dreaming here! Just want to put out there that I´m looking to save a little money on adding a few more planting spaces, but on my driveway. To that end, did anyone start a pandemic garden and now has decided it isn´t for them, and aren´t sure what to do with that raised bed or large planter? Anyone looking to move and doesn´t want to bring along large outdoors plant pots (thinking at least 2 feet deep, but maybe one foot if fairly wide).
