Dear neighbors, We have a few things that need a new home: 1. Two twin XL sized box springs (38” x 80” each), can be used as individual twin size or put together to make a king size box spring support. Also have a metallic frame supporting the king size version of it. Asking $50 OBO. Pics upon request. 2. FREE: cat food. We had to switch our cat to medicated cat food to support her as she ages, and have two bags of perfectly fine dry cat food, but they have been opened, so shelters won’t take them. One bag of Hills Sensitive Stomach and Skin, and one bag of Purina Hydrolized. 3. FREE: Bike rack. Didn’t work for our car, can’t return. Ludowici terracotta roof tiles (for sale) + old garage door (free)

Good morning! We're starting a big garage project soon and are looking to clear out some terracotta roof tiles and our old garage door. The tiles are vintage Ludowici terracotta tiles - we've got a variety of shapes and sizes - and would be great for patching an existing roof. These are pretty niche, but if you've got a Ludowici roof, these could be perfect! Alternatively, if you happen to know of someone who could repair the doors (doors are in need of some love, but the track is great) and can send over their info, depending on price we might be up for repairing them for continued use - they are pretty cool! Hey All, Checking to see if anyone in the neighborhood has Middle Schoolers going to Sci Tech in Oakland. I have a 6th grader starting there next week, and we’ve done some PRT bus trips to get him used to it, but he still has trepidation. If any of you have children that will be taking the PRT bus into Oakland, would you be interested in having them buddy up for transit to/from school? We were planning on using the 71A from Stanton and Negley. Please let me know, looking to make his school experience positive for this year. -dean >
