[Highland Park] asbestos found

I recently purchased a home in HP and come to find out while putting in a new boiler I have asbestos lining all of my hot water pipes in the basement. My ASHI certified inspector never mentioned anything about this. There are parts of the outer coating peeling off and I am worried for the safety of my young family. Do any of you guys have experience with this? I mean the inspector did find asbestos in another part of the house and that was taken care of. I feel really taken advantage of since I was not told about it. I need to remedy this.

Hello Neighbors, I am looking for a "mother's helper" to play with my almost 3-year old daughter while I get some major projects done around the house over the next few weeks. We have found wonderful sitters for nights out, but as I will be at home and will take care of all feeding, potty breaks, etc., I just need a responsible younger girl who would love to play and look after my little lady to keep her out from under my feet. Looking for any neighbors that may have large rocks sitting around their yards that they would like to have removed. We are making stone steps and are near the end. We have found ALL of the rocks used from our yard and the woods behind us but we are having trouble finding more. Rocks must be large but small enough for a strong man to pick up and put in our Honda. Unless you live on Winterton, then we could roll them down the hill as we have rolled other very large rocks from the paper street located behind Winterton. Thanks! [Highland Park] reservoir of jazz!

Hi Neighbors This Sunday will kick off the reservoir of jazz series for this year at the entrance to the park. Concerts will occur weather permitting for the next 5 Sundays from 5pm to 7 pm. Its free! We will have a variety of community groups on hand as well as great food from Manno's Market and Deli as well as Italian Ice from Lascola's. There is a kids area with great activities and hand crafts for the kids. Hello, I have another set of foster cats looking for homes! A mother and two kittens, all beautiful orange tabbies. The kittens are a boy and girl, and are a little shy but are coming along beautifully. The mother is very friendly and all do well with my five year old son. [Highland Park] box gutter repair recommendations?

Dear neighbors, We need to have the box gutters evaluated and repaired on our 100 year old house. I checked the contractor lists but couldn't find much about this. Can anyone recommend someone who has done good work for them on this type of repair? I'll post the names I receive as a resource for others. Also, if anyone who's dealt with this has any other advice on what to ask or look for, we'd be grateful; this type of gutter is new to us. Thanks, Deirdre Hainsworth
