We are considering replacing our concrete front porch due to deterioration. We are looking for a concrete/masonry contractor who has successfully rebuilt brick/concrete porches in the neighborhood. This will is a large job. Does anyone have a recommendation of an excellent masonry contractor? Also, If you've had your porch replaced, we would greatly appreciate it if you would share your address so that we could drive by and take a look. Many thanks for your time and suggestions. Hello excellent HP neighbors,I have had such wonderful luck with this list I am once again going to give it a try. My daughter is pregnant and desperately in need of maternity clothes or even plus sized clothes to wear as she grows in size. She is approximately a size 18 normally. In addition, she and her significant other need a place to live that would be suitable for the three of them but their income is very low. If anyone hears of any type of living arrangement that would be suitable and safe, please write to me or call me. They would be perfect in a home where an older resident needs help with household chores and/or lawn maintenance that could be done in exchange for the room. They are very quiet and not partiers! No smoking, no drugs, no loud music etc. I know it's a long shot but I am very worried about her and hoping for a miracle. Hi everyone! I am moving (back) to Highland Park next week, and soon thereafter I'm going to start working downtown. I need recommendations for a reliable, five-day-a-week dog-walker or (even better) doggie day-care that is convenient to Highland Park. In particular, I need someone whom I can trust with a key to my apartment (in the big apt. building near the park) and take my dog out daily for a good walk, or a day-care that can actually pick her up.
