Hello Neighbors! I'm a neighborhood yoga instructor and will be teaching a new class this January at 9am on Saturdays in Bloomfield. Please join us for Get Up and Go Vinyasa Flow at Los Sabrosos Dance & Fitness on Penn Ave. The class will focus on flowing into peak postures and building slow heat before relaxing into sevasana! $20 to drop in, or $50 for the month (4 classes).
