[Highland Park] Snow Plowing Recomendation

I want to suggest Paul Voelker for snow plowing and snow snow shoveling. I sent him to my father's home in Shadyside. Not only did he plow his driveway he positioned the pile's to let neighbors get by and move the snow so it is in a good area to melt at. He owns a small roofing business so I am sure after the weather we have had will want to discuss repairs when the weather breaks although he is not sending anyone on roofs now because of the danger and the impossibility of doing a good repair. his cell number is 412-303-7567

[Highland Park] Recommendations for hotels with indoor pools/lap swim?

Hi everyone, This might sound like an odd question, but I figured it was worth a shot since there seems to be a lot of information that comes across this list. My company will be hosting someone from England for 2-3 weeks in March who is training for a swimming event, and he wants to continue to train while he's in Pittsburgh. I'm guessing it's unlikely, but does anyone know of any hotels in Pittsburgh that have indoor pools with lap swim (preferably a pool at least ~20 yards long)? Is it possible that any of the downtown hotels offer discounted/visitor rates to the YMCA pool? Or, are there any pools with pay-as-you-go lap swim that don't require membership or affiliation of some sort? Any recommendations or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Anne-Marie
