My son needs to dress as George Washington for a school presentation next week and we are looking for a costume and props. He is approx 4.5 ft tall and 73 lbs. We are looking for anything that might be useful- wig, tricorn hat, long black/navy cape, toy rifle or musket, sword, black boots, etc. We just found out about this yesterday, so we are scrambling to make a good show of it! I have a front entry door that I am try to advertise. I purchased the door in 10/26/09 and to replace the door because the measurements were off. The door measurements are 53 1/2 X 82 1/4 and paid 458.39. The door is excellent conditon, but when my children and I attempted to move the door the bottom of the frame broke off. Hello again neighbors. There has been some outdated somewhat inaccurate information floating around about the 2010 US Census data collection. The US Census worked with the Better Business Bureau to update their information. The following information is correct as of March 5, 2010 and was provided to me by: Pamela W. Census Bureau U.S. Department of Commerce Philadelphia Region Better Business Bureau Revised 2010 Census Tips for the Public How to Identify a Census Field Representative If a U.S. Census Bureau employee knocks on your door, here are some recognition tips to assure the validity of the field representative: The field representative must present an ID badge that contains a Department of Commerce watermark and expiration date. The field representative will provide you with supervisor contact information and/or the Regional Office phone number for verification, if asked. The field representative will provide you with a letter from the Census Bureau Director on official letterhead. The field representative may be carrying a laptop and/or bag with a Census Bureau logo. When Field Representatives will be Going Door-to-Door >From April to July 2010, we will knock on the door of every household that does not mail back a completed 2010 Census form. We need your help — it’s critical that you take just 10 minutes to fill out and mail back your form rather than wait for a census worker to show up on your doorstep. Between $80 to $90 million in taxpayer dollars are saved for every one percent increase in mail response. The Census Bureau must get a census form to – and a completed form back from – every residence in the United States. That’s more than 130 million addresses. This is why the census is the largest domestic mobilization our nation undertakes.
