Dear resident, The Office of City Councilman Patrick Dowd is challenging you to submit to us your favorite, most interesting photographs of life in Council District 7. This area includes Highland Park, Lawrenceville, Morningside, Polish Hill, Stanton Heights, and sections of Bloomfield, Garfield, North Oakland and the Upper Hill. We are seeking photos in color or black and white that: * Depict a broad representation of District 7 and your neighborhood * Are tasteful and attractive * Have no up-close, recognizable faces * Showcase the vibrant seasons that Pittsburgh experiences * Highlight things that you are proud of in your neighborhood Initially, ten "winning" photos will be placed, with photographer acknowledgement, on the District 7 website.
