[Highland Park] Kitchen-Aid mixer, Kenmore air conditioner and Yamaha acoustic-electric guitar for sale

Hi everyone, We have a few items to sell. First, a Kitchen-Aid mixer, the Select Plus 4.5 quart model. It's this one: http://www.kohls.com/kohlsStore/kitchendining/kitchenelectricsnew/mixers/PR… We got this as a wedding gift less than a year ago. My wife wanted something a little bigger for her more ambitious baking projects. This one works great, though. Asking $175. Second, a Kenmore window air conditioner, model no. 580.72056200. Its BTU/h rating, according to its sticker, is 5,300. I don't know what that means, but it's quite an effective window unit. Also includes a remote. We bought it slightly used less than a year ago and used it for last summer, then we had central air installed. Asking $80. And finally, I've posted this on here a couple times before, but I'm still looking to sell my Yamaha acoustic-electric guitar. I've realized I probably had it slightly over-priced due to my own affinity for it. It's an FGX-412SC with a sunburst finish. I bought it about 10 years ago for around $500. It's gotten a lot of use and has a few minor surface dings in the finish, but it's a great-sounding guitar. I'm now asking $200. Send me an email if any/all of the above items pique your interest. It seems a shame to buy one since i only need it for a couple of hours. Would anyone have one i could use, or know of someone whom i could contact? [Highland Park] Walk in the Woods (Wednesday, June 8)

Neighbors, Come on out for a Walk in the Woods (the park) on Wednesday evening, June 8, 2010 at 6:30pm. We start at the fountain, walk in the woods as much as we can, and end back at the fountain about an hour later. The walk is fun for everyone but keep in mind that paths and steps in the park can be uneven. Also, there's a chance of rain or even storms on Wednesday so at the very least be prepared for a little bit of mud.
