[Highland Park] Looking for handyman to put cover on very high chimney

I want to cover our chimney before the bad weather gets here. This would be measuring the area of the chimney, getting the paving slab from Home Depot, and affixing it to the chimney. Can anyone recommend someone with the equipment to do this? Thanks, Sam.

Missing strings are not an issue but I'd like to get instruments that don't require much body work.
