Hello Neighbors, I'm a case manager for a young girl who is finishing up her senior year at Point Park. She is very interested in becoming a vegan but she has concerns about making the transition a smooth and healthy one. She would love to speak with current vegans and especially to a nutritionist. If anyone is interested in meeting her or can recommend a good nutritionist (hopefully free of charge as she is a working full time student) that would be amazing! Hello, A friend and I both purchased the LivingSocial voucher for a "Three Hour Sewing Class, Including Supplies" at The Quilt Company in Allison Park. We later found out that it is a class on Learning to Sew a pillow, and we were looking to take something else. We paid $24 for the class, it is normally $55 to take. We are already scheduled on 3/19, a Monday evening from 6-9pm but perhaps if you called she would let you change to a different class. We were hoping to get $24 for each, there are 2 vouchers. Fellow Neighbors, My husband and I recently moved to this area from out of state. We moved here with very little furniture so we are slowly collecting a we go. We have stumbled upon a free piece but unfortuantly do not have a way of transporting from it's current location to our apartment. If anyone happens to have a truck we could borrow for 10 minutes that would be great!! Or if anyone knows of any other way we could move it, that would be great a well.
