Good evening neighbors. I am renting a 3 bedroom apt on Farragut Street located in Highland park and I am looking to rent one of the rooms out to a someone who i s GLTB friendly. The room is available the end of June 2012. I would like to start interviewing potential roommates soon. Its a beautiful apartment, hardwood floors. livingroom, kitchen and dining room and off street parking. Rent is $445.00/per month plus half of the utilities. The house is furnished but you will need to provide your own bedroom furniture. I do have a small, well behaved dog... So I can't allow other pets per landlord. I would love to find someone that is mature acting and clean...I am not a clean freak but I like to have my place looking nice.
