I divided a purple/white early blooming clumping iris. There are 4 bags on my stoop. Please take 1 each. First come/first served. 915 Farragut. Come get them before they dry out. Plant at a shallow depth. Trim leaves to about 4 inches so energy fire I.to establishing root system. Full sun. Joan S. Farragut St.

[Highland Park] Queen Simmons box spring

Hello All, We had to change out our queen size Simmons brand box spring for a split box spring since the bed was going up to the third floor. This box spring was used only on our guest bed and has been slept on very few times since it's purchase in 2004. It is slightly scuffed up from a cross-country move, but is otherwise in good condition. Asking $50 OBO. Porch pick up. Thanks! Kari

[Highland Park] Housemate wanted

I own a house on North Sheridan and travel to and from London for months at a time. One of my housemates has moved out while another is staying on. The housemate who is staying has lived comfortably at the house for 18 months. I want to find one replacement *female *housemate before I head back to London at the end of May! I grew up in this neighborhood and have lived in my family home since my mother passed. I love my house and want to find a respectful person who will be mindful of the space while I am not there. The private space is one bedroom on the second floor, completely remodeled less than 2 years ago. It includes a decorative exposed brick fireplace, a nice sized closet and *CAN *be furnished with dresser and desk, if needed (possibly other pieces too). There is a full bathroom on the second floor. The shared living space on the first floor of the house includes a dining room, living room, powder room, large kitchen, and sun room. There is a nice sized back yard and friendly neighbors. Street parking available and the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans AND a dishwasher! Also, washer and dryer on the first floor. AND, I just remembered, there is a grill outside. The house is located within easy walking distance to several bus stops, coffee shops and grocery stores. The rent is $300 a month plus utilities. This is perfect for a graduate student. It's a great place to do your work and there are 20-and-30-something neighbors who are good conversation partners. The sun room on the first floor is my favorite part of the house--it's a great place to watch thunderstorms or read a novel. Is there a high school student or other person in the area who has a lawn mower and is looking for more business? I have a relatively small yard- and am located on North Sheridan near Hampton. My guess is that it would be once a week, depending on the weather. Thanks Mark Anderson maa718(a)aol.com
