[Highland Park] Need to give away my pup- female black lab

HI all, I live near this beautiful neighborhood of highland park. It is extremely unfortunate and sad but I need to give away my playful Black lab pup due to some personal reasons. Her name is Mossy and she is 9 months old, about 50lb, extremely friendly (with kids, unknown people and other dog dog), playful and cute as a button. Many of you may already may have seen her walking with me in King's estate park and in and around Highland park neighborhood. She is house broken, doesn't bark, doesn't bite, knows the basic commands like come, sit, down, no etc etc and is good with cats as well. She has no food anxiety issues and only eat as much as she needs to eat even if her bowl is left full. She is up-to-date on all her shots as well. When I give her away, she will come with all her toys, her crate, her food for a few weeks and treats. I am giving her away and I want nothing in return but I do have two conditions: 1. The person (preferably the couple) who would take her in should have a house with a yard, live in Highland park neighborhood and should have time for her. 2. She should never be given away to anybody else or to any shelter (kill or no-kill, it doesn't matter!). If an unavoidable situation like that somehow arises then she should only be offered back to me first and to nobody else. I will take her back in that case regardless of my situation. Hi neighbors, I have a new roommate who is living in Pittsburgh for just the next 9 months. She moved in pretty last minute and is looking for a full sized bed, preferably with a mattress. [Highland Park] Large frame wanted

Hello neighbors - hoping for some insight. I would like a frame to use to put around a mirror in our bathroom we're remodeling. It needs to be quite large (inside dimensions: 32"x36" minimum). I've already looked at Construction Junction, Craigslist and the molding at Home Depot w/ no luck. Does anyone have an old frame (or old painting w/ a frame) that they don't need? Or suggestions on where else to look to buy one? I thought Michael's or other framing shops, but I'm guessing that's going to be pricey, given it'd be a new frame. I could also try going around to thrift/estate sales, but that's hit-or-miss. I don't want anything antique/expensive (actually, I can't afford to pay $200+ - I was thinking $50 at most would be great), but I want it to have character. I can paint it, so if it's in a bit of rough shape that's okay. Below are a few pictures of styles I had in mind, so you sort of know what I'm looking for. Any help you could provide would be great. They did great work.
