Hi Neighbors, We are having a free mini yoga class at Los Sabrosos Dance Co. <http://pgh.lossabrosos.org/ballroom/?gclid=CjwKCAjw8ZKmBhArEiwAspcJ7qLmAzUJ…> in Bloomfield on Friday, August 4th at 7:30pm! This class is being held to promote our new Friday Night Happy Hour Vinyasa flow. This is an entry level yoga class and everyone is welcome. This class is a part of the Bloomfield Unblurred Art Crawl on Penn Ave, so come for the yoga class and make a night of it! I am working on the flea market for the st. Jude festival at st raphael's on aug 4,5 and 6. We received these bags that were filled with vintage bowling shoes and i cant imagine why anyone would want them? Does anyone have an idea to keep them out of a landfill?

Join me and other community members for a nice approx 45 minute walk (strollers welcome) around the reservoir at Highland Park starting from the water fountain at 930 am. ISO Afterschool Babysitter for the 2023-2024 School Year

We’re looking for an after school babysitter in Highland Park for a consistent gig throughout the school year. Kids are 4.5 and 7 and attend the same school, but with staggered dismissals (pre-k is about 25 minutes earlier than the rest of the elementary school). Hours are approximately 3:30 to 5:00 (will be exact when pre-k releases its dismissal time) Monday through Friday. The babysitter will pick the kids up at school and bring them to our house (10 minutes walking, 3 minutes driving), give the kids snack and work on homework. I work from home, so I’ll just walk downstairs at 5:00 and send you on your way. We are looking for someone who can and is willing to drive on days when there is inclement weather and potentially take kids to after school activities later in the school year. We have extra carseats. The first day we need is August 29th, and then the schedule will be based on the PPS calendar. This is the perfect gig for a college student - we had two last year who were amazing. Could also work for a stay-at-home parent looking for light work. Your kids are welcome, but we are looking for care in our home in Highland Park and you would have to have enough space in your car for all to travel safely.
