We’re having a yard sale this Sunday, October 5, from 9am to noon. 901 N Negley Ave (corner of Negley & Jackson) We’ll have lots of new or barely used toys, kids craft kits, girls clothing (8-10 year), tween jewelry and hair accessories, home items and decor, Halloween costumes and decor, some women’s clothing, and MANY 1000-piece puzzles (while I can’t guarantee that every piece is accounted for, I’m fairly certain that they are all complete, having been the one to do them and then put them back in the boxes myself). Recs for Foundation Repair Contractors???

A corner of our home is settling quite significantly. Because we have a sandstone foundation, several contractors have told us that it cannot be 'stabilized' with helical piers or piles because the sandstone could crumble during the installation process. They told us that we might need to have the foundation *rebuilt* in that corner. Has anyone had this kind of work done? If so, do you have contractors that you can recommend? Or NOT recommend? ~ Dan
