If you are new to this idea, think about buying a bulk pack of ground cinnamon or garlic, and making your own capsules instead of spending way more for off the shelf branded products. We've got two hand pumps with extra parts, milk storage bottles, milk storage bags for the freezer, several nursing/pumping bras (size M or one size), flanges, an insulated storage bag, a portable bottle/pump cleaning and drying kit, a Haakaa, and steam bags to sterilize parts in the microwave.
