HPCC newsletter cover photo contest!

Hello neighbors! It's that time of year -- HPCC volunteers are busy pulling together the annual print newsletter. Last year for the first time we invited anyone to submit a photo for the cover and we'd love to see what our talented neighbors have to share again this year. The HPCC newsletter committee invites you to submit your favorite photo for consideration as the cover image for the annual print newsletter. Be creative! We're looking for an image that conveys the community spirit or beauty of our neighborhood. The winner will receive photo credit and will see their image on the cover of the print newsletter that is *s**ent to every home in Highland Park. *Images that aren't selected for the cover may appear inside the newsletter or in other HPCC print or online publications, always giving credit to the photographer. *Photos must be submitted by 9 a.m. on Sept 15*. Ideal image size is 300 dpi or 1950 pixels tall by 3150 pixels tall. If that doesn't mean much to you, send us your highest quality shot: most modern cell phone images that aren't significantly zoomed in should work. Vertical shots have the best chance of being chosen. If your image includes recognizable people, we will require written permission from the people in the picture in order to consider it for publication. Roof/Siding/Gutter Contractor for Repair?

In need of roofing/gutter/siding contractor to come take a look to help figure out where a small leak in my kitchen is coming from. Hoping to find someone to come out relatively soon. If anyone has any recommendations I would appreciate it. I'm not even sure where to start finding someone and it's hard to get someone to come out and even look. Thanks in advance. -- jason

The property is currently zoned as residential and is a two-unit dwelling.
