Hi neighbors, I have some furniture to donate, here is the list of items: - white children's desk and chair - full-sized headboard and footboard and bed rails, ivory colored - women's antique vanity, brown wood - antique armoire, brown wood (matches vanity) - antique dresser, dark brown wood -industrial metal desk, dark grey -queen-size mid-century bedframe, armoire and end tables, medium brown - another full-size headboard with bedrails, art-deco style, medium brown If you know of an organization that will pick up such donations, please let me know. 3 bedroom townhouse for sale on King

Hi neighbors. If you know of anyone looking for a townhouse in Highland Park, check out our house for sale! King Avenue is right on the border of Highland Park and Morningside, and Heth's Run is in our backyard. The back deck is super private and you almost forget you're in the heart of the city. No one usually drives on King unless you live there, so it's a great street that is still in walking distance to Bryant Street, Highland Park, Heth's Playground, and the King Estate. The neighbors are friendly and King is close to the 87 and 91 bus routes. Although the house is not huge, it's laid out well, especially the kitchen (I miss my drawers and big sink already!!!) Leather sofa for Sale

Hello, I have a black leather sofa for sale ($200). It's in good condition and measures approx. 38 inches High x 39 inches Wide x 90 inches Long. You'll need a truck to pick it up. Restoration hardware ottoman: $100

Leather and cowhide ottoman, good condition. The leather is distressed (by design) and has a few scratches from use. The piece is gorgeous—heavy, swivels, goes with a variety of decors—but I really don’t have a place/use for it. 27.5” long x 21” wide x 18" high. Worth much more than asking but I’d love you to take it off my hands, please. Shadyside location.

Primitive Pine Table FS

This useful occasional table, 28 x 36 x 28 1/2" high, appears to be fabricated from a mix of antique and vintage wood components. The primary wood looks like pine and the whole piece has a lovely, warm patina. We've used this in almost every room of the house over the years, but now it's one nice table too many as we're downsizing. We hope it finds a good home. $60, available for pickup in Highland Park.
