Does anyone have any canopies 12'x12' or bigger that we could borrow on 8/10/2019 for a memorial benefit concert for Hope Academy? A little more back round information. The benefit is the Karl Sellner Memorial benefit for Hope Academy. Karl Sellner was a student of Hope Academy back in the early 2000's. Hope Academy fostered his love of the performing arts and Karl's family would love to pass his love on to students that cannot afford Hope Academy by sponsoring this fundraiser. It is going to be a great evening of music, all local talent, as well as a pig roast. Please respond to this email if you are interested or have any canopies that we can borrow. Looking for childcare

Looking for a sitter/nanny Tuesdays through Thursdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. from August 15 through the end of the school year (with the possibility of occasional later days) in our home in Highland Park. Care for two boys ages 6 and 3 1/2. Older son will be in school (half mile away) all day - will need to transport him in the morning only. Younger son has pre-school from 9:30-1 and will need transported both ways. Must have a car and valid PA driver's license. Light housekeeping while the children are at school. No laundry. Bonus if you love to organize! Pay is $12 per hour. Must have clearances and references. Looking for a caring, engaging, spirited, and punctual person. No television or devices! Black Hat Lost...

I know it's not a cat but I have become quite attached to this old, beat up hat over the years... ;) Yesterday, Monday July 8th, in the afternoon my boys and I were enjoying the Farmhouse playground in highland park and I was taking advantage of the shade my hat (a black canvas men's fedora) provided. Over the course of the afternoon, I must have taken my hat off many times and even set it on one of the benches for a while. Then we left around 5pm. I'm not sure if I forgot it there at the playground or if I might have even set it on top our car as I helped my boys into their seats. So I guess it might be possible we lost it somewhere along our route home, which included Grafton St, Elgin St, and even Bryant St. If you might have seen it or even tucked it away for safe keeping I would greatly appreciate your letting me know. :) It is a black canvas fedora with a thin brown leather band. The band has a small metal fish on it. Some say it looks a bit like an Indiana Jones hat. I am encouraged by how quickly the neighborhood located someone's favorite stuffy doll just recently! Participants of all abilities are welcome - free of charge! Open Up's Inclusive Yoga classes focus on bringing accessible movement to yogis of all abilities. Yoga postures, breathing exercises, and mindfulness activities are tailored to meet individual needs. Session will be centered around bringing levity and joy to exercises that focus on wellness with movement and breath. Our teachers can adapt or support depending on individual needs. These modifications to 'traditional' yoga classes might include visual schedules, non-verbal cues, and sound / tactile tools for sensory input. Teachers are trained in classroom management that is trauma-informed and utilize invitational language as verbal cues.
