Greetings! Yoga in the park is a wonderful way to enjoy a summer morning! Come and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature, the songs of birds, and enjoy a gentle and strengthening yoga practice in the shade! Our Tuesday yoga class will meet at 8 a.m. to the right of the fountain amongst the late summer blooms. Enjoy a yoga flow which includes gentle warmups, stretching, strengthening and balancing poses.
