White Unmarked Car With Patrol Light at 5am

Hi Neighbors, A friend and I run at 5 am in the neighborhood. This morning we were on Hampton and Portland and saw a slow driving white sedan that was unmarked car with a spot light on the side. At the end of the run it was seen again by Park Bruge around 6am. Anyone have any ideas? It made us uncomfortable. Jenn Sent from my iPhone

The Highland Park Garden Club ushers in our fall series of garden club meetings with a two-part talk by master gardener, Jamie C. This summer, Jamie crossed the equator to spend a number of weeks traveling around Southern Africa. There, she was captivated by the unusual and majestic trees that thrive in those southern African lands. Some are massive and otherworldly, others are amusing, all are quite different to what we’re used to seeing in the northern hemisphere. Jamie will take us on a pictorial tour of a few of these striking trees and will explain their medicinal, lethal, and self-preservation properties. In part two, *Gardening Doesn’t Stop in the Fall*, Jamie will lead us through the calendar year with a month-by-month guide filled with timely tips on how to keep our gardens looking fabulous all year long. We meet on Saturday September 21, 2019 10:00 AM to noon at the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary (616 N. Highland Avenue, Pittsburgh 15206), Room 215, Long Hall. Our meetings are open to all. We have some materials that were used to hold screens on a porch that we no longer need. We're wondering if anyone can use them and we would be happy to give them away. October 15th at Choderwood (just 10 mins away) will be a fundraiser and night of memory for Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness day. I am sure it will be a beautiful night for all, for an incredible cause.
