Now that we have a new office, we need office furniture to go with it! Does anyone have ideas or leads on where to find 6-8 like-new desks and other office furniture? Hi Neighbors, I have a few DIY crafts projects for an upcoming fundraising event that I need to complete, and I was wondering if anyone in the neighborhood had any of the following items they were willing to part with: - Polyester fill (used to stuff pillows, cushions, stuffed toys, etc.) - Paper lanterns - Black fabric dye - Fishing line - Battery operated string lights (similar to these from Amazon: link <https://www.amazon.com/Battery-Operated-Firefly-Christmas-Centerpiece/dp/B0…> ) Please let me know if you have any of these items and might be willing to donate them to this fundraiser. Christmas Tree Recycling in Highland Park

The City of Pittsburgh Christmas Tree Recycling program's twelve drop-off locations are open from December 26 to January 26. The program empowers residents to have their trees recycled rather than sent to a landfill, which happens when they are placed at the curb. *In Highland Park, you can drop off your tree at the parking lot next to the volleyball courts.* Last year, the city hosted ten drop-off sites and collected more than 21 tons of trees. This year, the Forestry Division and Bureau of Environmental Services within the Department of Public Works will collaborate to host twelve drop-off sites. The trees collected this winter will again be chipped into pine mulch and made available to the public for free this spring. The tree recycling program dovetails with the city’s Climate Action Plan <http://apps.pittsburghpa.gov/redtail/images/645_PCAP_3.0_Presentation.pdf>, which defines milestones toward zero waste goals. Looking for forearm-style crutches to borrow

Hello neighbors, My daughter had foot surgery and is using regular underarm crutches. She is interested it trying out some forearm crutches (like image below) to see if they work better for her.
