Hello neighbors, your local community doc here! We are so excited to kick off our 6th (!) season of Walk with a Doc in Highland Park. If you aren’t familiar, Walk with a Doc is a national organization <https://walkwithadoc.org/who-we-are/our-story/> and I started a chapter in HP in 2020. We start with a quick chat about a health topic and then take a 45 minute, walk at your own pace, free community walk around the reservoir. Our walks this year are as follows, April through September: 2nd and 4th Thursdays at 8 am 2nd and 4th Sundays at 8:30 am This year’s walks are sponsored by Direct Care Physicians of Pittsburgh <http://www.directcarepgh.com/>, Rebel Wellness <http://www.rebelwellnesspgh.com/>, and Drayer PT <https://drayer.urpt.com/locations/pittsburgh-fox-chapel/>.
