Cooper’s hawk (?) sighting

FYI for the backyard birders, we just saw a hawk picking apart a bird on a chair on our back patio (left a bunch of feathers.) Its back was to us so we couldn’t get a good look at the front but the coloring and choice of prey match with Cooper’s hawks.

Stair lift

Neighbors, We have a chair stair lift that my parents bought in 2018 so they could stay in their home. It was sold to us by Acorn Stairlift and served my parents well until their passing this past year. We are getting the house in Ross Township ready for sale and are going to sell this; their stairs had 2 stairways separated by a landing, so there are 2 chairs and 2 tracks. The original cost of this was $ 4,000; we would be willing to sell both for $500. I can also give you our contact (the owner of Acorn Stairlifts) as I am sure he would install the unit again, and if a different size track is needed, one could order through him. Hello neighbors, A reminder that we are hosting a petition station to get Ed Gainey on ballot for MAYOR and Lisa Middleman, Nicole Henry-Taylor & Mik Pappas on the ballot for Judge for the Court of Common Pleas. We have only one more week to gather signatures so come soon! Please come sign! We are at 5901 Hampton St, on the corner of Euclid and Hampton. Petitions are on the back porch. We have hand sanitizer, disposable gloves (and a waste basket to put them in please) and wipes to clean off pens. Or bring your own pen!
