Neighbors, Thank you to everyone who donated food and other items to the EECM last month. Just last week we took 3 SUVs full of items to the EECM. We couldn't have done it without your generous support. Thanks so much. This month we are collecting for the families of the Neighborhood Academy in nearby Stanton Heights. These are all things that are not covered by EBT cards. Please consider donating the following items: hand sanitizer cleaning and disinfecting products deodorant shampoo bath and dish soap detergent paper products garbage bags The bins will remain on the Rectory porch this month. after school child care needed

Looking for childcare after school mon-thurs-2 kids 6 and 9 years old-would need to have transportation and pick up both kids at the bus stop at East Liberty Blvd mon and Tuesday at 345p and on Wed and Thursday pick up one at the bus stop and drive to the JCC in sq hill to pick up the other child by 430. Care would be at our home in highland park until 6-630. Let me know if you are interested and would guarantee 10 hr per week. Would start now and be needed until beginning of June. Thanks! Free Harry Lauder Walking Stick ("Curly Tree") Cuttings

Sadly our Harry Lauder was infected with a blight and had to be cut down. We won't get around to cutting it into small pieces and putting it in leaf and lawn bags until Tuesday afternoon. In the meantime, if you would like some branches for arts and crafts or decorations, come by and help yourself. They are in front of 1315 N. Sheridan Ave.
