Status of Vintage Senior Center

While the Vintage senior center building has been closed for group activities since last March, Vintage has continued to serve older adults in a number of ways throughout the COVID-19 crisis (details below). Approval to reopen rests with the Allegheny County Area Agency on Aging, with direction from the Pennsylvania Department of Aging. Vintage stands prepared to reopen for group activities as soon as we are authorized to do so. We can assure you there is nothing lethargic about our commitment or passion to serve our clients, while also recognizing the need to do so in the safest possible way. Additional information regarding Vintage, including contact details, can be found on our website: www.vintagepittsburgh.org <http://www.vintagepittsburgh.org/> We extend our continued thanks and appreciation to the Highland Park community for donating non-perishable food items and monetary donations over the past 14 months. These donations have been invaluable in our ability to provide needed nutrition to those we serve. In total, 710 vaccine appointments were completed (435 of those at Vintage).
