Ludowici terracotta roof tiles (for sale) + old garage door (free)

Good morning! We're starting a big garage project soon and are looking to clear out some terracotta roof tiles and our old garage door. The tiles are vintage Ludowici terracotta tiles - we've got a variety of shapes and sizes - and would be great for patching an existing roof. These are pretty niche, but if you've got a Ludowici roof, these could be perfect! If you are interested in the doors and track and could come get them this week, please let us know. Alternatively, if you happen to know of someone who could repair the doors (doors are in need of some love, but the track is great) and can send over their info, depending on price we might be up for repairing them for continued use - they are pretty cool! Hey All, Checking to see if anyone in the neighborhood has Middle Schoolers going to Sci Tech in Oakland. I have a 6th grader starting there next week, and we’ve done some PRT bus trips to get him used to it, but he still has trepidation. If any of you have children that will be taking the PRT bus into Oakland, would you be interested in having them buddy up for transit to/from school? We were planning on using the 71A from Stanton and Negley. Please let me know, looking to make his school experience positive for this year. -dean >

Free chair

Free barrel-style chair. There are a handful of stains on the upholstery, and one of the arms has a small tear. The chair is comfortable and solidly built, and it might be a good fit for a kids playroom or other "might get dirty" space. Our home is pet- and smoke-free. Dimensions are roughly 3' x 3' x 2.5'.
