Air bnb experience as host in Highland Park

Hi all, I Air Bnbed my home before covid. I am considering this again. When I look online, it appears the market has been driven down a bit (supply/demand?). I have a 3BR/2.5 BA 2500 square foot free standing semi-updated Victorian home. I do also understand there is a pending bill in the city about licensure to run an Air Bnb. I am wondering if anyone who is Air Bnbing in Highland Park and surrounding areas would be willing to share their recent experiences, both positives and negatives? Hi neighbors - Pittsburgh Public Schools has initiated the state-required public comment period to close schools for Fulton and eight other PPS buildings. The board president set the hearing schedule for this month over the objections of many board members, including Devon Taliaferro, Highland Park's board rep. Fulton's public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, 7/29 at 5:00pm in the Oakland Board of Education building, and we need neighbors, Fulton alumni, friends, and any city taxpayers concerned with a lack of transparency and accountability to sign up to speak and show support. FS: dining room table and table pads

Lovely, sturdy wooden dining room table with two panels. Includes beat up table pads if you want them, and also some new in box, never used custom table pads. Some wear around the edges of the table. The rounded ends are approximately 42 inches wide by 26 inches long, and the panels are approximately 42 inches wide and 20 inches long. About 30” high. Asking $150 for table and pads. Non-smoking household, pet friendly as you can see from my dog’s butt’s photo bomb.
