Public Transit is a lifeline for many in our neighborhood and throughout our city, but it is now in jeopardy. "The region’s transit agency faces what it describes as a funding crisis <https://www.rideprt.org/2025-funding-crisis/funding-crisis/>, projecting a budget shortfall of more than $100 million beginning in the next fiscal year. Hi folks I'm looking to install some Mini Splits for a couple of areas in my house that are hard to heat/cool - do any of you have recommendations or "please don't use these folks"kinds of help you could offer? A/C Maintenance & Repair Recommendations

Does anyone have any recommendations for local central A/C repair? I'm looking for a firm that can also do maintenance on our Aprilaire air cleaning unit. It looks like Titan out of Allison park might be a good option (good Google reviews) but I've never used them. Any and all recommendations welcome! Thanks! Rob Schwartz

I'm finally coming to terms with the fact that I am not the best custodian for my orchid plants. If you have a green thumb, they're yours! Not just moth orchids, they're from the Phipps orchid sale so mostly more unusual varieties. Let me know if you're interested! Porch pickup.
