House Cleaning Service

Hello, I work independently cleaning houses in the area. I’ve been keeping pretty busy so it’s been a while since I’ve posted, but now I am once again looking for more houses to clean. I live in Morningside so I would love to have more clients in Highland Park/East Liberty/Stanton Heights/Morningside, but if you have friends around other parts of town feel free to let them know too. I offer a set price for each time I come and clean. Each house is different and everyone has their own requirements, so if you are interested let me know and we can set up a time for me to visit and work out a price. Several types of tomatoes, hot peppers, sweet peppers, cucumbers, okra, eggplant... All in front of my house at 910 Highview Street 15206. Pay what you feel is fair, or just take them to their forever homes with my blessing. Vehicle Break Ins

Just an FYI - There were several cars broken into in the Highland Park area Wednesday and Thursday nights. Do not leave items in sight that the thieves might want. If you own a Hyundai Sonata or an Elantra or a Kia Soul they have been stolen a lot lately over the last three weeks throughout the city. Get a club for you car.

Many of the houses in highland Park have old wrought iron window boxes for plants. I've been trying to figure out where to buy some but have struck out at construction junction, antique stores, etc. Has anyone removed theirs and would be willing to sell them? Thanks! Jeff

In-home personal care team?

As my mother‘s Alzheimer’s progresses, we have reached the point where she needs a caregiver with her 24/7, and we are looking to bring in a team who, together with our current excellent caregiver, could provide around the clock coverage in mom’s home. I’m very interested in any experiences people have had with in-home healthcare, good or bad, and particularly with round the clock care. Although I am open to working with an agency, my preference would be to cut out the middleman and have a direct employment relationship with the caregivers, but I’m not sure how the logistics of that would work In terms of ensuring 24/7 coverage when caregivers inevitably need time off work for illness, vacation, etc.
