Walk with a Doc this Friday!

Hi Neighbors! Your local primary care doc <https://www.directcarepgh.com/md/natalie-gentile> here excited to say that Walk with a Doc <https://walkwithadoc.org/join-a-walk/locations/pittsburgh/> is back for the season, on the 4th Friday of every month. We have rescheduled the rainy April walk to this Friday, May 5th. Join me and other community members for a nice approx 45 minute walk (strollers welcome) around the reservoir at Highland Park starting from the water fountain at 930 am. All walkers will be entered into a raffle for a free month of classes at my new studio, Rebel Wellness <https://www.rebelsinwellness.com/>, on South Highland Avenue! Hi Neighbors! We have a new yoga class starting this Friday at 6pm at Los Sabrosos on Penn Avenue. "Happy Hour Yoga" <https://pgh.lossabrosos.org/yoga/>is a lighthearted class and a great way to destress and recharge for the weekend. The class is typically smaller in size and focused towards beginners, but all levels of yoga practitioners are welcome. You can "drop in" for $20 or purchase a package of 4 classes for $50. we are getting a new sofa and our 84” jonathan adler brown sofa has much life left in it. if you have kids or a pup, the upholstery is velvety microfiber and everything wipes off. it’s 10 years old but it is so high-quality that it’s strong enough for a toddlers to jump on. it’s clean and has always been in a nonsmoking, cat free home. it was in perfect shape till our new puppy chewed on one armrest last month. a throw easily hides that spot. great rec room sofa. $125. you pick up.
