Ryobi compact corner cat 1.2 amp corded orbital finishing sander w/pads and carrying case. Purchased this in the fall & then wound up getting a fancy sander a couple weeks later so I no longer need this. There's a PVC reducing coupling clamp included so you can MacGyver the sander to a shop vac. Retails for $58. $30 firm cash or Venmo only. Thank you!

House Cleaning

Hello, I've been getting the word out to let everyone know about my house cleaning business and how this year I have space to add more clients now that my youngest child is in pre-K and I no longer need to stay home. I had some new clients who really just needed some work done over the holidays but I am now looking to add more regular, longer term clients. I usually clean most houses every two weeks but we can work out a schedule that works for you. I live in Morningside so I would love to have more clients in Highland Park, but if you have friends around town feel free to let them know too. I offer a set price for each time I come and clean.
