Help Unpacking a Few Hrs

I’m looking for someone high school age or older to help move boxes between two basement rooms that are next to each other, and to help unpack the boxes and put their contents away on shelves. The contents are mostly small hand tools & hardware. There will be some rearranging along the way, I’m sure. It’s an easy task that I’d normally do alone, but my arm is injured. I expect it will take less than a day but it can be split into two days if takes too long if desired. Location is best described as near Winchester Thurston school (close to Ellsworth St and Morewood Ave). If you’re interested, please reply and include your requested hourly pay rate. Thank you! Looking for roommate!

I'm looking for a female roommate to share my apartment in Morningside/Stanton Heights. It is a 1-year lease starting August 1st (but the rent has already been paid for until October 1st). I have two kittens who will live here too. It is a two-bedroom apartment with living room, small kitchen,and one bathroom located on a quiet street. Nearby bus stops: - 87 (right across street) -89, 75, 71A (5 mins) -71B (10 mins) I’ve included a photo of the bedroom, which has a built-in closet and would fit a desk, dresser, and twin bed. I included the desk and bookshelf in the photo to give a sense of space but they will be removed. You will need to furnish the bedroom yourself. Amenities include central AC, heating, and coin-operated dryer and washer units in the basement of the building. Parking is $25/month.
