Hi Neighbors, I remember someone on the listserv had mentioned not getting mail... Well this has happened to us. We've never gone more than one (business) day with absolutely NO mail. Is anyone experiencing this? Does anyone have mail that doesn't belong to them? Just curious.

ISO pop-up shelter to borrow

I’m seeking to borrow one or two of those easy pop-up shelters to use Sat/Sun., July 9 &10, when I’ll be having a very big yard sale/ garage sale/ estate sale on Stanton Ave. I think they are usually 8’x8’ or 10’x 10” but I’m not so choosy. I won’t even open it if there isn’t rain in the forecast. I’d need to pick up by July 8, and can return it later that same Sunday, July 10, if desired. Thanks..

Stained Pocket Doors - $150

I have 2 vintage pocket doors from a project I never got around to that I’d like to offer up to someone else who might be able to put them to good use. I picked them up a couple years ago for $250 and am hoping to get $150 back for the pair. If $150 is too much, let me know what you think is reasonable. They are stained and sealed and in great condition. Just some minor marks around the edges. Each 36” wide One 82” tall, the other 81 1/4 tall They are 2 3/8” thick at the edges including the trim, the body of door is 1 5/8” thick Thanks, Louis
