Free on the porch at 1130 De Victor Place: 1920-1940(?) armchair with early 1980s upholstery. Definitely a project chair but still has lots of charm. Upholstery faded but in good condition. Lightweight but solid frame. 35”h x 24”d x 25”w, 16” seat height. Sent from my iPhone

Need restoration / renovation companies

Hi ! We suffered multiple water leaks last year in our house. Right now we have areas with bare walls and no floors. Also need some electrical work and installation of a new bathroom. There was a company supposed to do all this but after 7 months they are not even coming to see which floor we want. Does anyone recommend any reliable company for this ? Thank you in advance !!!
