Hi Neighbors, Our old faithful repair company failed us during the pandemic: They sent a new person who didn’t know how to wear his mask and didn’t know how to repair our problem. We ended up having to buy a new dishwasher. Now we have a broken gas oven and I’m reluctant to call them back. Does anyone have a repair company they’re happy with/NOT happy with these days? Hello neighbors! ---------- IS YOUR CHILI UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?? St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Highland Park is hosting a Chili Cook off on Saturday, October 16 as part of their Fall Festival. Entrants are asked to prepare ~50 1/2 cup servings of their best chili. What's at stake: $150 for judged winner and $150 for people’s choice winner. $100 for runner-ups in each category. Lost koala

Hi HP, My kid’s koala fell out of his stroller this am up at the park. I did not see it on subsequent loops. It has long floppy arms and legs that are a blue grey color and a big puffy white nose. This position is for an administrative assistant and is currently shared among 3 physicians at 2 different locations (Highland Park and Allison Park). We primarily use Mac computers. There are 2 different electronic medical record systems being used. About 75% of the work is in the front office (answering phones, handling faxes, etc) and requires computer skills and the ability to learn how to access both electronic medical record systems and learn specific work processes for the physicians. Some of the work could be done from home. The position is flexible as far as location, but will be shared between our two office locations. All the docs are also moms and have young families, so we are somewhat flexible and willing to work with you on the schedule if you are a great fit!
