The HPCC annual multi-family Yard Sale is back and will kick off at 9 a.m. on Sunday, September 19th! This annual event attracts hundreds of visitors to Highland park and is a great way to find a new home for your unused treasures. Well over 120 neighbors registered a yard sale at their home last in 2019 (the sale was not held in 2020 due to COVID) and we anticipate high participation once again this year. Hello, neighbors - As luck would have it, carpenter ants have quietly wrecked havoc on our 90 year old wooden column/pillar on our front porch… I am availing myself to your collective knowledge and good will to find someone who can help us with repair or replacement. Boyer & Pentek experiences / recommendations for folks to deal with interior water damage?

Hi neighbors, Thanks to an overenthusiastic second floor washing machine, I have some interior water damage to deal with - looks like it'll be replacing drywall, insulation, and cabinets as well as repainting. My insurance called in Boyer & Pentek, but I'm seeing pretty mixed reviews of them online. Does anyone have experience with them, or have suggestions for other folks to use? Thanks, Marie
