Is anyone missing a dewalt vacuum? We found one laying on the road near the farmhouse playground. There was some other stuff further down the road, it looked like someone forgot to secure a truck bed and things were falling out as they drove.

The Highland Park Garden Club presents... "Gardening for Children" Saturday, July 18, 2020 10 am - Noon Rachel Kudrick will lead a Zoom session focusing on a variety of ways to keep kids of all ages engaged in the garden. Adults and children are welcome to participate. This will include some hands-on ideas for preschool- through middle-school-aged kids as well as some educational pieces for ALL ages. She’ll have "hand-outs" that can be emailed to those interested after the meeting with project step-by-steps and information sheets. The application process for Main Street and Historically Disadvantaged grants is set to open Tuesday, June 30. Eligible businesses will receive grants ranging from $5,000 to $50,000 depending on where they fall in the criteria. I hosted a virtual townhall with our local CDFIs this week where we answered questions from local business owners.
