Need patio hardscape contractor

If we ever get to the point where we aren’t stuck in stay-at-home mode, I am looking for a contractor to replace a patio. In my ideal world, I would find some folks who I can communicate with via video call or other way to begin to explore what the job might cost. I totally get the timing of the project cannot be determined until the stay-at-home order is lifted and everything is safe. But I’d love to try and get some planning started. mulching and lawn question

Hi all, I hope everybody is staying well. I have two questions....we were contacted by the man who cuts our grass and he said that he received notice for landscape professionals that they must modify hours and he needed to wait for specific guidelines to do any work....has anyone heard of this? I have seen so many lawn companies out doing work....sort of baffling so just thought I would ask. Next question...any ideas where to have mulch delivered from that one can call and get through? Are these places even open? Also I am looking for someone who has the ability to get mulch and deliver it and if that is you could I get an estimate?? Thanks and will wait to hear.... Susie

Gardening classes: pest control!

Greetings new and experienced gardeners! For the next couple of weeks, we will be dealing with how to keep your garden pest free. This will make it easier to grow even more of the things you want AND it will all be more healthy! So, whether you're into flowering perennials, tomatoes and other vegetables, yummy herbs like basil and rosemary, or just your run-of-the-mill shrubs and trees, you won't want to miss these classes. This week, on Wednesday April 22nd, we will be covering weed identification and control. We'll learn the names of some of the most common weeds you see, as well as how to identify less familiar plants. You might even find out that some of those "weeds" have pretty amazing qualities! Once you've learned to identify plants, you can deal with weeds appropriately. We will delve into natural weed control that is easy on your time, your back and your wallet. Next week, on Wednesday April 29th, we'll talk about another group of pests: insects. This class will also include identification and natural control methods. For both topics, some recipes for pesticides that you can make yourself will be included. These recipes will utilize simple natural and/or organic items most likely already found around your home. As always, classes are $15 each with a sliding scale available for those in need. I can take payments via venmo, PayPal, credit card, check and cash. I know that everything is kind of crazy right now, and more people are feeling the pinch, so please don't be afraid to ask for a reduced rate (or no cost) if you truly need it. Classes are held via Zoom at two different times every Wednesday. The morning session runs from 9:30 to 11:30 a m, and the evening session runs from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. My zoom ID is 759-427-7976. Printer repair/fix

Of course as many of you are doing, I am working remotely and have a desperate need for someone to fix/start my printer that I bought from a neighbor. It is an HP ePrinter. Stimulus checks--Another Question re: direct deposit

Hello neighbors, I have a question regarding stimulus funds payable through direct deposit. We mailed in our taxes by check the last few years. No refund was due. Consequently, the IRS does not have our banking information for direct deposit. Since they do not have that information, our stimulus checks will be sent by mail, maybe taking many weeks or months to get. The IRS web site--"Get My Payment"--will not give us any information regarding our stimulus payments, or advise us on how to proceed to input our banking/direct deposit information. This is my question: Is there a way for the IRS to get our banking information for direct deposit? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. George
