Newly carpeted living room 26 x 15 in size and newly carpeted bedroom 13x14, 2nd bedroom 13 x 14 has newer carpet. Eat in kitchen with appliances. Does come furnished with a large table and 4 chairs. Large walk in closet/dressing room. Tub with shower in bath. Heat and cooking utilities are included! Electric on separate bill in your name. You pay your share of water and any cable or internet fees in addition to rent. Laundry facilities on site for an additional per person fee. Certain smaller housebroken pets are accepted with owner approval and pet fee. 1 month rent (non refundable - cash ) is required to hold the apartment in your name for a March 1 move in date should you decide to commit. Minimum 6 month lease required. 1st month rent is also in cash 1 week prior to move in. Checks will be accepted after the initial payments mentioned. Large shared porch and yard usage with owner approval. Bus stop right down the block. 1 block to Tazza D'oro coffee shop, Bryant street shops & restaurants, 2 blocks to playgrounds, tennis courts and the park. Close to dog park. Short drive or walk to shopping at Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Bakery Square Shops including Social, Target, and East End restaurants and shopping. Rent is $950.00. Security deposit $950.00. Planning your first garden this spring? My radical downsizing = you’re in luck! All implements shown below, plus anything else I find before you get here, and a Rubbermaid garden tool tower on wheels for $75. Some need to be cleaned. Some very small light rusty areas on a couple of them. From left (some are in shadow, horrid basement lighting): Edger Aerator rolling thingie Short handled wide shovel “Action” hoe (that’s what it says on the handle — it’s really good for loosening soil) Fiskars heavy-duty lopper Narrow flat shovel behind them Fiskars hedge trimmers Spade Hose guard (I may find a few more of those) Thing that can chop on one side and — I don’t know what it is called. I used it. It was useful Yellow edger Another spade (Ames) Yellow dirt-breaker-upper (sorry), also mega useful Not pictured: Rubbermaid garden tool tower on wheels. At the end of my run this morning, around 6:00 am, there was also what looked liked bumped items almost thrown under a car on the corner of Portland and Jackson. MESSAGE FROM OWNER"Lost in East Brookline Saved from a house fire and is lost. There have been no sightings CALL 412-709-7218. Yorkie is missing after house fire which resulted in a occupant, dog and cat succumbing to the blaze. if anyone knows anything or was at the fire and may have saw something please call Kathy Husak. A cat was also rescued and was taken to Humane Society and later reunited with its owner.
