It neutralizes it through increasing awareness and by changing self-perception.” *Debasish Mridha* Please join in a gentle yoga flow designed to create flexibility, balance, and strength. Tuesday class is at 8 a.m in the Chapel at the First United Methodist Church, 5401 Centre Ave in Shadyside. Parking is available in the lot off Centre Avenue. Enter through the Fellowship Hall and follow the hallway to the Chapel. The class is $10 and open to all levels. Please bring your mat. Wednesday class meets at 8:15 a.m. in Regent Square at Mookshi 702 S. Trenton Ave. 15221. Mats are provided or bring your own. Visit Mookshi.com for information. First class is $5. Meditation Class Wednesday evening at 7 to 8 p.m. in Regent Square, 205 Biddle. Experience various styles of meditation. Open to all! Please let me know you are coming. Various styles $10. Hello Neighbors Im contacting you to report a second sighting of a suspicious raccoon on the corner of ELgin and N Euclid Im not sure if he is rabid or not but he has been spotted at night and during the day . He also has almost no hair on his rear end Please be careful and watch your children Not sure what to do in this instance except put out a warining Thank you LaVerne
