May your days be filled with much love and joy! Please join us for on Tuesday December 24 and 31 for a yoga practice to help maintain balance and ease during the holiday season! Enjoy a yoga flow which includes gentle warmups, stretching, strengthening and balancing poses. What a lovely way to begin your day! All are welcome! Tuesday yoga class will meet at 8 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church 5401 Centre Ave. Shadyside 15232. Yoga class will meet in the Fellowship Hall (follow the signs for yoga). There is free parking in the lot off Centre Ave. The class is from 8 to 9 a.m. and the cost is $10. Please bring a mat. I hope you can join us!
