Free yoga tonight!

Interested in taking a free yoga class? Please join me and other fellow yoga students Wednesday evenings at 7pm in the courtyard of The Highland Park Club apartments. This is an all levels class, focusing on a nice mix of challenging and restorative poses. Please bring your own mat. If it’s raining, meet me at the entrance to building 1043 where there is a lovely room that’s a perfect spot for an evening practice. I’m a 200 hour trained yoga teacher. Hello, Highland Park Neighbors! I’m the cubmaster for Pack 343. Cub Scouting is a fun and rewarding family program. Pack 343 is now accepting new families with boys who are now in or are soon starting first through fifth grades.* Please feel free to write back, call, or text me with any and all questions you have about Cub Scouts. Please add our Sign-Up Night to your calendar! It’s Wednesday, September 5 from 6:30pm to 8:00pm on at the St. Raphael Activity Center at 1154 Chislett Street. Enter through the side door (opposite from the main parking lot). We have information for adults and activities for the kids.
